Consultation: From our initial discussion, we want to know about your priorities, your space, your needs as well as any challenges and help devise appropriate strategies for you. We work towards mirroring your goals with system solutions that make sense. From the onset, we want you to realize your vision and help your vision evolve through personal discovery, consultation and thoughtful design. At the end of the day we want to earn your trust and deliver on your dreams.
Professional System Design: While technology is rapidly advancing we still rely as much as possible on tried and proven platforms such as Control 4 that will provide simple, reliable and affordable solutions with an open and large ecosystem. This sensible approach provides future proofing, scalability and personalization for our clients. Our executive team provides professional System Design through a robust Quotation Software so clients can easily see what they are getting with product images and pricing details. We try to listen to you and provide the right performance and features where you prefer. We also identify value options in areas less critical to optimize value engineering when applicable. We identify challenges in advance and have product tools to resolve almost any of these barriers. We also try to protect you from non-recommended options that we know are risky. We offer optional as built AutoCAD drawings as applicable. We can easily revise any preliminary design to a final design that matches all your needs.
Onsite Assessments: We have our unique first year “white glove warranty labor support” in writing. If a product that we have provided under warranty requires warranty work in the first 12 months, then we will cover related de-install/re-install, shipping & handling, as well as reset up and programming labor. No worries. We provide ongoing warranty and non-warranty service support to our clients with reasonable turn around and fees. We even have Service Agreements for clients that need after hour support, advanced care or the peace of mind of additional Quality of Service coverage.
